@MrFarikas I know people who have been on the show. Both of them got hurt and both said the show was the worst experience of their lives. The producers even gel up the course so people would fall.

@Planet60films They sign an agreement, but I know in certain cases they'll cover medical expenses. I'm sure they'll even negotiate out of court. Disney doesn't want any bad press. All it takes is for a good number of hurt contestants to contact a news program. It'll make a good "expose." Jenny Jones got sued because someone got murdered after appearing on her show. The show's participants signed lawsuit waivers... yet there was still a court case.

@toemasie No, they can't sue at all. The contestants sign those rights away in order to participate. It's fucked up, but it's Disney. If there's ever a death, the contestant is held responsible for their actions, not the corporations.
