25 egg whites 12 whole eggs (bits of salami)
Raw chicken blood for a living chicken, 300ml.
60grams proteinshake including 40% carbs.
3 cups of oatmeal, 5 bananas, 2 chicken breasts.
6 oz milk, vitamins, vegetables.
1 BIG NEEDLE OF TESTOSTERONE 7G.
