@CengalLut Not true, there is a great cello part that would sound terrible on ukulele.

@Nissim1795 it seems that with John William, the brass and the percussion are the only vital part of the ensemble; the rest are dispensable. You might as well replace the string section with ukuleles, and it would still work out.
