In that Cover Up game, Patricia should have gotten another chance because she had the 1 and the 4 diagonally right. The numbers can either be exactly or diagonally right.

Note too the TPIR logo's different colours for Halloween -- the logo now changes colours in S37 for special episodes (patriotic colours for military specials, et al).
