@maintguy69 Riding to work one time some car blared a really high pitched horn right under my right ear which caused a lot of pain. I nearly went def and considered getting a doc's check out on that ear. I've been horned at a lot of time but this one nearly did me in. Not to mention they sped off really fast like bullets so they don't get reported. People think its funny to hurt others, that is until they get arrested, then its not so funny after all.

I just want to send out a warning to drivers as a pedestrian and cyclist, that blaring your horn to frighten someone like that can result in a serious injury or even fatality. There's nothing funny about this video. That jogger could have jolted out into on-coming traffic and could have gotten killed due to someone's stupidity. Please keep that in mind next time you head out onto the road. You wouldn't think it'd be fun to get arrested for injuring or killing someone would you?
