Going Renewable is a physics project where students at St Ignatius College in Malta come up with ideas for technologies using renewable sources of energy.

  • This was very interesting and informative and innovative. Solar energy is the way to go, especially with countries with high levels of sunlight, such as Malta and Australia. Electricity is also becoming very expensive, and we must look for alternatives. Thank you for bringing this subject to everyone's attention.

  • @dorothepal Thanks Dorothe. I think what the teachers have achieved at St Ignatius College is excellent, so wanted to show everyone what their intentions are. Yeah Australia is a sunny country, so going solar would be a huge benefit/initiative the Australian people.

  • I did like the documentary about sustainable energy sources. (Malta offers other possibilities like energy from waves).

    I'm happy that you took such a perspective and that you also got the students to explain it ...children can indeed be very persuasive!

    Solar, wind and also possibly wave energy seem that they will certainly be the way for the future. The quality of the product (film) is very good. Loved the photography, fast forwards, shots.

    I believe you managed to get your message across.
