This is a video of Comal Italias all hydraulic four roll plate bending machine fitted with a full CNC model Kvara 2003. Our double pinch Kappa line of plate bending machines are built on frames made of high strength steel, laser cut, welded, stress relieved, sand blasted, machined on CNC centers and painted two coats of durable machine paint. They also feature sound engineering with above average safety factors utilized in their design. They come standard with hardened rolls, three driven rolls by hydraulic motor/ epicyclical gear reducers in oil bath, Rexroth hydraulic units, Brevini hydraulic valves and gear reducers, hydraulic drop end, separate operator controls desk on wheels, all UL and CE listed electrical components and controls boxes. Safety line around the machine and come with operation and maintenance manual in English.
