Dear friend
Each occasion has it`s uniform
Each shrine has its advantages
Each person wear what he like as his psychological comfort
And respecting others, evidence of the wisdom and dignity
Each has its own personality and character
And clothing is not everything
Respect for others and give them importance and listening to them and handle well is the most important
Thank you

I stopped wearing suit and ties 10 years ago (with the od exception), for reasons I mentioned just before.
What I'm wearing now is casual/tastefull, and that is what it means. It is an expression of selfrespect, respect for the people I'm with and even (I prefer cotton) for natural materials.
This in a nutshell as you may presume.
Do you wear suit and tie Harvey?
-
LW, what are you wearing, and what does it mean?
-
OK, Harvey, I can do the talking, you can make the excuses, great teamwork! ;-)
-
LW has the manners of a Norwegian. We have to excuse him from time to time, lol.
Thank you for the video Rola!
On a very different note than just chess:
Why do we see so many suit and ties in these pictures? Are these men all ignorant to what that states?
Please take care, LW

Thank you for your comment!
The closing ceremony includes dinner, accompanied by guests & official representatives of the participating States and supporters of the tournament ,
it was in the open air in the garden of the City Club of Prince Mohammed of youth and the atmosphere carries a pretty cool breezes so
no one asked the participants or the audience to wear a uniforms or suit.
Each person is free to wear what ever ; )
