Hi Brett, I started the lemonade diet and you inspired meto do it. Today is my day 8, I got cravings too. I did some hiking the Sulphur Mountain Trail in Banff, Alberta in 1,5hr with my lemonade bottle, leng is 5.5k elevation gain is 700m. I am going for 10 days as today I lost 10pounds with a goal of 15 but could take more than 10 days for me so i'm to do more.I am so happy to getteing into my old size. Thank you for inspired me.
