The Q-Skills Team Support DMAIC module guides improvement teams through the problem solving process. At the same time it gives direct access to training in the improvement tools, in the context in which the employees learnt them. For example, where a team member needs training review in a particular area, this may be accessed on the spot.
The DMAIC module also gives immediate and direct access to the actual improvement tools, such as the Q-Skills flowcharter shown in the video. This module is an implementation of 'performance support' concepts.
The version shown is for DMAIC but the process also applies to companies using PDCA or other methodologies.
The DMAIC module is intended to be used after completing the Q-Skills training in quality improvement tools. A primary aim of the training is to make learning FUN, with a range of interactive games and exercises.
Q-Skills operates either on internet, intranets, via LMS, networks, stand alone PC's, or via CD. It is suitable for employees of any skill level from any industry.
