This is Master Singh demonstrating how to properly perform the Poomse for:

1.) Tae Geuk CHIL Jong (Red Belt Poomse)
2.) Tae Geuk PUL Jong (High Red Belt Poomse

For the best progress and develop; it is recommened that you not only attend classes on a regular basis, but also practice at home. It is also important to remember that this video is simply a tool to help you with your poomse and should NOT be substituted for regular class attendance.
