I have nothing more to say rather than: "Everyone to their own opinion." I mean, yeah, Bluejay may prefer Ladyhawkes, but that's just him. We, personally, prefer St Vincent's, but that's just the way the cookie crumbles.

Freedom of speech applies here people, so he can say what he likes, doesn't mean that you have to take it on board if it doesn't please you, and vice-versa.

@BIuejay Ah yes, I see what you mean now. It's like when Aerosmith completely buggered up 'Crazy' by Patsy Cline. Terrible cover version that was. As for this, not only has she messed with the melody, like you say, she's also gone and changed all the lyrics. And released her song a year before.

And why don't you feel ambivalent when there were Romans (52 BC, City burnt down by the Parisii), Huns (451), people of Paris (586 "The Great Fire", City burnt to the ground by arson), Vikings (845, 858, 861, 869; City totally destroyed/burnt to the ground repeatedly), another great fire 1037, etc.

See, Paris burnt many times. You can't blame Uncle Hiddie for everything...

I love that that idiot bluejay made an ass out of himself by thinking this was a cover of some shit song, and when everyone made fun of him for being a tool, he's all "it was a JOKE!! morons! i knew it wasn't REALLY a cover... you're all morons!!"

@BORROVAN26 Yes she did, but it was a lot faster, with electronic instruments. She did the original. This girl has messed with the melody quite a bit, and she's ruined it.
