grace was a great ballplayer...great glove, lead MLB in hits for a DECADE...and a CLUTCH hitter...just never hit alot of homers in a power position....i saw 99% of the games he played as a cub and he hustled every play...some of these guys today dont run hard to first in the PLAYOFFS for cryin out loud!

Shawon Dunston how you gonna say Mark Grace sucks? He led every player in the MLB in hits in the '90s & you couldn't take a walk to save your life. Shut the fuck up. I can't believe Dallas Green wasted the 1st pick of the '82 draft on your sorry ass. We could'vwe had Doc Gooden instead of you & kept him clean.

@danieljo2013 How was he underrated as a Cub? I thought he was considered one of the best Cub players of all time. Career .300 hitter, All-Star, Gold Glove winner, etc...

Mark Grace was one of the most under rated cubs player, i would put him in the top 75 first basemen of all time.
