Oh stupid third world people. They are evil and stupid that's why they have all that damn suffering and mess in their country and then they want to run to America for our better life. Their own evil that would make them even play about putting a bird or any animal in the trash is their stupid evill third world way of thinking. And then these damn whites in America allowed their asses over here to bring their third world way of thinking to America and then you wonder why we have bedbugs now!

Most of the people who comment here have no fucking idea about parrots or animals in general. They use a generic name like "animal lover" and claim they are experts in zoology, and call everything animal abuse. "OMG falling feather, you ABUSE your animal"

The guy is actually providing the bird with a "toy".
Opening the bin so he can sing into it is providing the bird with something he enjoys (the fanned out feathers prove it).
Parrots, like a three year old human kid, need lot's of toys and games.
