u do each individual exercise 20 total reps (90sec rest after each 4-6), before switching to the next exercise? Or do you rotate & do all of them once before repeating?

I've been used to doing one muscle then working the opposing. good to switch it up i guess.

thx man, I'll try to let you know how it goes. Been so lazy the last 3 months, need to get back into it.
