beautiful! notice how Shinji's hands NEVER cross the midline of his body. in his case, they are almost always outside of his shoulder. this is one reason why he is so balanced in the water. also, notice how he keeps his motion mostly in front of his shoulders. he has almost no snapback at the end of his stroke. instead he is focused on getting his hands/arms back in front of him for the next stroke. this results in a more rapid and efficient stroke.
@ronetele I too prefer hands outside of his shoulder to be more balanced, especially if you are an oper water swimmer to fight currents or waves-
