Diver on an Ouroboros CCR rebreather at Vobster Quay in Somerset, UK. Note the awful trim and total disregard for rule #6 - this guy is gonna die horribly! lol

thats a deep sea unit. Designed to be useable with hypoxic trimix as bailout down to max 300m (theoretical).
Big 3kg Scrubber will last you long, very tuff components and heavy.
But to take such a unit to such a depth you wouldnt only need the proper training - you'd also need appropriate experience (+400 hours).Not speaking of logistics.

What's the maximum depth for that rebreather?

@primeevil27 How to explain,difference is huge like that you race F1 and Fiat 500 on Australian Grand Prix :)
But if you don't gonna race on grand prix then you don't need f1 and if you drive in city you would need fiat 500.... Depends for what purposes but most of divers just don't need a cccr...

@ronnin79 that is also what I heard.
I'm not yet at the level of rebreathers, but is it a lot better for not spooking the fish?

@JustWonderingHowToDo
Boris is one of best rebreathers today specialy for deep diving...

If I compare it to other rebreathers this one looks kind of big and less streamlined.
