In this week's episode of the Flash Report: InformationWeek reports that adopting virtualization, consolidation, and server utilization is the key to making your data center more efficient.

CNN announces that the internet now has 340 trillion trillion trillion addresses. The IP Standard IPv6 has been implemented, creating enough IP combinations for each person to have a billion billion IP addresses for every second of their life!

CNN also lets us in on how internet slang is contributing to the expansion of the internet. Google is applying to own .lol as a suffix. The company said they would like to operate domains that have interesting and creative potential.

In other news: Minesweeper is now available as a scratch card, according to the Huffington Post. Korean company Connect Design is selling the scratch cards for $2.

And finally, Wired provides some tips for making friends with your heroes at conventions around the globe. The advice includes being yourself, complimenting, and bribing the SciFi worker into conversation using coffee or other sustenance.
