This is the RTF2 it is not a 4th gen. Its optional 3rd gen. The 2 stands for the second type of frame. The 4th gen says "gen 4" on the slide and has a dual spring on the rod guide and no fish gills. I've owned this gun for almost a year now.

this show... the gen 4 has a different spring system and it doesn't have the fish gills. Misinformation.
