After two demoralizing losses to the Bulls, the Cavs looked for comfort in their own building.

Wilkins was inserted into the starting lineup to put pressure on Jordan, who played despite a sore shooting wrist and it showed. Jordan was clearly in pain and couldn't shoot the ball like he used to.

With Jordan trying to adjust his shooting, Scottie Pippen had to step up his game. He scored 19 points in the first half and was the top scorer for Chicago. Once again Cleveland could not capitalize on Jordan's injury and paid dearly when he completely took over the game in the second half.

Jordan was simply unstoppable. He hit shot after shot, took the ball to the hoop and set up his teammates with a variety of great passes. Despite his injury he willed his team to another win over the Cavaliers, who let their fans down again.

The best, however, was reserved for Game 4.

  • The Kobe led Lakers are the Bulls of the 90's without the complete roster of talent.

Kobe posses as an imitation Jordan, Ron Artest is the new Dennis Rodman, and of course they had Phil Jackson. Still no comparison to the real deal.

  • Injured and battered, it didn't matter at all: Jordan was still a bloodthirsty assassin and would cut your heart out with lethal precision if you stood in the way of his championship goals. And when he unleashed his wrath, there was Hell to Pay.

  • lol people are really comparing the Lakers to the Bulls, 3 in a row to 2 in a row, discussion over.

  • I would put the 90's Bulls against any era in basketball and I bet that the Bulls would beat any team in a 7 Game Series.

  • @SpanoE Could be. This was one of the only times NBC didn't have their top announcing crew cover an MJ-led Bulls game, especially a playoff game. Weird not seeing Ahmad doing the postgame interview.

Also sounds like Quinn Buckner who was doing the game with Enberg. Buckner wasn't a regular part of NBC's crew either. Enberg usually worked with Snapper Jones and/or Magic Johnson in those days.

  • Dick Enberg used to be the shit in the 1990's.

  • I think this is the only time hannah storm interviewed Michael Jordan.

  • You see the Bulls philosophy..Basically take the opposing teams PG out of bringing the ball up and beginning their offense..
