Corrupt Abrahamson

Wisconsin Supreme Court Chief Justice Shirley S. Abrahamson is the power behind the throne of Governor James Doyle. Together they rule the most corrupt state government in the union. The effort to recall failed Governor Doyle was dealt a serious blow by the victory of Ms. Abrahamson in her latest run for another 10-year term. That off-year election was fraudulent on its face, in that most folks outside of the Madison hub of corruption were unaware that an election was taking place. Also highly suspicious were media predictions of the outcome before a single precinct or vote was tabulated!

The people of Wisconsin have the right to remove Ms. Abrahamson from office pursuant to Wisconsin's Constitution:

SECTION 11. [Disciplinary proceedings.] Each justice or judge shall be subject to reprimand, censure, suspension, removal for cause or for disability, by the supreme court pursuant to procedures established by the legislature by law. No justice or judge removed for cause shall be eligible for reappointment or temporary service. This section is alternative to, and cumulative with, the methods of removal provided in sections 1 and 13 of this article and section 12 of article XIII.

The US Constitution also applies, whereas, the 14th Amendment, adopted in 1868, provides in part that;

"No person shall . . . hold any office . . . under the United States . . . who, having previously taken an oath . . . to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have . . . given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof";
