First: There is no such thing like a "white belt kata". A kata is a kata. Then: Your stance is too wide (zenkutsu should be around one shoulder wide), you are actually leaning back (especially in kokutsu-dachi) and wobbling/ hopping through the kata (Yes, I know that it is *way* harder in shoes!). Also note that the oi-zuki should go chudan – that would be in front of your own solar plexus (center and the same height). You should also take care about the line of your age-uke.
