Joan Liddy - a Native Vermonter - discusses the Effects of Quebec's Gaz Metro's Green Mountain Powers Industrial Wind project on Vermont and her beloved farm outside of Lowell, Vermont and camp on Lake Eden. This is NOT a Vermont solution - Industrial Wind Generation is not for any place in Vermont, Industrial Wind is about "green" American Millions of Tax Dollars . . not a solution for Vermont.

Please note that the approximate 100 million in Non-Pay-back-able incentives that First Wind is getting for their Sheffield Industrial Noisy, Hidous, not green project and Quebec's Gaz Metro's bought company, Green Mountain Power, would pay for over 13,200 Vermont Homes to receive 15,000 dollar solar panel home systems. This is a solution for Vermont and would allow us to use our tax dollars for us . . the people who have paid into the Tax system.
