Hello Friends! It's hard to believe that Week 5 of P90X is in the books.

Like I stated in my Week 4 Vlog my energy is up and mood has greatly improved. The workouts are tough but it's so so worth it. After the recovery week jumping back in to the workouts full blast came with several aches and pains.

  • Hey boo, Keep it up!~ Doubles, I wanted to do it but Since I've started this class in my complex, I am doing doubles essentially..I'm doing Phase 1 all over w/ the class and my Phase 2. It'll be fine I'm sure and will yield better results

  • Fantastical? lol I love it. I think making notes is an excellent idea. Journalling your journey will give you incentive to never look back, because if weight starts to creep back on you can look at that journal and remember the HARD work you put in. :) Excellent idea.

    Wade is on week 5 now, so you guys are pretty close to the same mark.

    That 30 day challenge sounds tough, man...sounds like you're loving it though! :) Keep it up man! You are doing SOOOOO good!

  • Yep, a journal is key I think. I have a blog but I prefer to have a my eyes only journal...it's great to reflect and see how far you come.

    I still have to add my daily pictures. Sometimes I take pictures of what I eat or write down neat recipes I come across online, and make notes about my workouts. It's a good thing. =) I'm addicted to my moleskine journals. lol.

    I was over on Wade's channel earlier....seems like a cool cat. Thanks for the love and congrats again on your weight loss. =)
