This is a brief video about how I shot AMA Superbike racing from a fan area at Heartland Park Topeka in late July, 2009. I only had an hour to shoot on Friday and wasn't able to shoot the weekend so I just went out as a fan without credentials. With a little thought about backgrounds and where the bikes turn, I think it's possible to come away with some decent photos. Of course, long glass doesn't hurt. Thanks for looking.
gotta love the 8.5fps of the mk2 and mk2n i currently own a mk2n could u possibly help with the personal functions i cant seem to figure them out thanks

@barebasicphotos - what do you specifically need help with? Do you have a manual?

hey..
Do you really need the 1,4 tele converter when you using the 400?
And do you ever use a ND or UV filter when shooting on a bright day like that or do you rather play with that in postproduction?

@mYOzZyKaT - you certainly don't NEED a 1.4x TC with any lens, but sometimes the extra reach is nice. I personally don't often use it because it degrades image quality just a tad bit.
I don't use any filters and can't say it's ever been an issue with sports photography.
