It's funny how I thought when the orchestra started playing 'Oh, so this Chech Verdi.' And she sorta went the same way. There was a lot of Dvorak in this:-).

That is one late-80s outfit - gold + animal print + BIG shoulders and BIG hair.
Seriously, though, she has a fine voice, though it's always made me a bit uncomfortable - it's the paradoxical combination of superb focus and slight blowsiness. That being said, she sometimes sounds like Zinka Milanov and sometimes Galina Vishnevskaya, so that can't be too bad ...
