I agree that True Luxury begins with a beachfront clifftop at one of the few Rivieras in the world where houses need neither heating nor cooling at least 330 days a year, like that is the case of this property in the California Riviera (better: the USA Riviera) .
But for me True Luxury continues with the sounds that follow the surf you can hear in the first seconds of the video "Europe's only beachfront banana plantation"
