My balance in my handstand feels SO much better than a year ago. Shoulders finally feel more open. Had to go through many Active Release Technique sessions to break up that tissue. Still nursing an injury from a few weeks back (I partially tore my right shoulder doing a 1 arm swing...), which is why my shoulders are a little bit closed in the leg lifts.

  • @ORTprod Ok cool .look forward

  • @speedyman290 I am making good progress on the planche volume: up to 5 sets of 13 seconds in the advanced tuck (hands supinated) on the floor. I will try to post soon.

  • @getinthecarbitch Thanks! I turned my hands that way to unload my biceps. I developed slight tendonitis and I didn't wanna aggravate it at the time.

  • WOW, your HSPU ´s are impressive. I know how hard these are and I know how much work has gone in to that. Your hands are turned inwards during the back lever. Any reason for that? Very cool ring handstands. I recently started doing those and they are a lot of fun. Good luck with your training and I hope you stay injury free

  • @ORTprod yeah around 25-30 is enough before move on the straddle.

  • @speedyman290 last time I tested I think it was at 18seconds. I feel like it might take me about 30 seconds before I move to the straddle hehe

  • @ORTprod Oh YEAH good luck for the XR HS i will try soon on my ring.

Yeah at least 20 sec is needeed on advanced tuck before go to the next variation.

lets go to the full planche !!
