Can you provide case law to back up you assertion? I can provide you with such that says once a person enters into "public" that they have no reasonable expectation of privacy.

why do you thing in tv shows they blur them out for privacy and to keep people safe how do you know someones plates you video taped is being tracked down by someone and you giving that shit away i support what your doing because i own guns 2 but if you filmed me or my licence plates id sue you for the destruction of my privacy

If that did happen you would lose in almost all 50 states. It is almost unanimous that when you leave you property and enter into public space you have given up any reasonable expectation of privacy. I can provide you with case law on the subject if you would like.
