  • @imacooldude506 that's not even close to being true, and neither of those men would support your statement.

  • I respect McGrath for this. He related some of the ideas to Dawkins that I would have liked to tell him myself. This is satisfying to kow.

  • dawkins is lierally making a fool of this guy, Alister McGrath never really makes any valid points none of his claims or points he makes have real meaning.

  • I'm sorry but I have a hard time believing that reality is that entertaining. I would hope that the physical incarnation of a deity would do away with the dramatics of being crucified and just be direct and honest with its creations about what it is, what it wants, what it can do, and so on. Or did deity know that a book about its physical death would, some decades later, be written and become a best seller some millennia later?

  • mcgrath is pretty much admitting that it's all fairy tales he find comforting.

  • The Catholic Church has been glorifying torture for centuries!

  • If christianity is the one true religion than more than half the world is going to hell. If all gods are true it's 50/50 for the culture. if no religions are true then we all simply die.

If I were god i'd allow all people to enter heaven who were good not because of their faith but because of their works. because believing in god doesn't change the world, helping others and solving the worlds problems does.

  • Meant to type 'interferes with'

  • I'm curious do Christians think god interferes irish the natural world today? Surely not?

  • @truthslap Haha, these men are on far different levels. Dawkins would never say it but he knows it and you can tell listening to this.
