The Incredible Infinity are all dead. Killed by the evil Doctor Radcor and his minions. With them out of the way he can take control of Paragon City...
...Riochald returns to the city after visiting her friend FireFlake (An old member of the Infinity) to find everything has changed. In her grief she sets about finding a new team of heroes to have revenge on Radcor. Calling themselves the Colours of Justice they seek out Radcors minions in the hope of finding the man himself.
FireFlake (who left the infinity becasue her powers were becoming dangerous) returns also but with new powers.
Together they face off against the doctor. It will be his last stand but will he still be on his feet at the end of it?
