thanx for the vid...although cardio might not be completely necessary for everyone, i find it energizing to follow this vid in the morning...it never hurts to do extra cardio...lol...i also like the fact that they are quick "at home" exercises...btw, i love your accent :)

Just a tip, if you dont mind...
You really DO NOT need a warm up before you do such light exercises. Warm ups are generally only needed for 1) athletes 2) who are going to lift between 80% and 100% of their 1 rep max. You were doing almost 5 minutes of warm up for something that didn't need a warm up at all.

Hi, it is good to workout 3-4 times per week for minimum an hour.
