  • This like some other lesser known works of Pfitzner merits some attention. If contemporary composer are only willing to give us minimalist trash, where else have we to turn? If I want to hear minimalism, I need merely to set off my car alarm. In fact when a car alarm does go off, I tell everyone around me that what they are hearing is the latest minimalist composition by....
