View of Rush Traffic from SW Portals / WDC . 11 April 2008

Shot from the Southwest Waterfront Footbridge around 3:45 PM, this video ccompilation represents a view of the afternoon rush hour traffic from the Portals Complex.

The first clip depicts a CXS Cargo Train entering to SW WDC, from Alexandria VA, along the Virginia / Washington Railway.

A second clip, first spans the lenght of the 14th Street Bridge as traffic travels into Northern VA from SW WDC and then captures traffic along Maine Avenue just below the Portals Complex.

The third and final clip, once again, focuses on traffic along 14th Street.
