@treecac88 just run, play sports, don't do any fucking supplements if you want to live longer, and healthier...i'm a boxer, and into fitness/ weightlifting....never taken anything but protein shakes,,,,just play sports u'll lose weight realllllllyyy fast....i guarantee....and you'll get strong....stay away from unnatural things !!!
