This was a sweet day of winter steelheading on a river located west of Portland, Oregon. The day was beautiful and the winter steelhead were on the bite. They were all gorgeous wild chrome bright salty fresh fish. What a day!

I've fished many rivers for years, each one a discovery - sometimes good, sometimes not so good. This is the whole point of the journey, not to just piggy back on someone else.
