At the University of Texas, all of their graphic design students have to sign a pledge with a list of fonts that they will never use for the rest of their life. I think everyone should do that.

Your example at 3:21 should say "If Harry died before Ginny, THEN (not than)..." Just thought I'd point that out. Sorry, I'm an English major, so I almost had a heart attack. Love the video, though.

Karen! You should talk about the Typography in Cee Lo Green's Lyric Videos and how brilliant it is.! Maybe you could disect it and break it down to talk about the genius of the typography used.

@Fensterplaetzchen I don't know, I came out of it really appreciating the beauty and versatility of Helvetica. Some of the people had negative things to say but I think it was an overall positive movie.

Avatar used Papyrus, and a million type designers the world over committed Seppuku lol. With the amount they spent on that movie you'd think they could have commissioned someone to make a custom typeface for them!
