If you google it you can find certain pilates exersies for you inner thigh. If it is your muscle I think you are saying(or fat whatever) this will help. And Yoga helps legthen your muscles too(shrink). Cant tell if you are a guy or girl by your user name but yoga is not just for guys. Im a girl, but my guy friends do yoga too. But this is manly for you abs(powerhouse).
Yes, you will be doing both. Also try some fun cardio to help lose more weight, and overall toneing. Cardio(you probably already know) raises your heart rate. Rember it can be anything, not just running! An elpitcal is great for cardio! I love it! Also do yoga. It will help alot. A workout plan should include cardio, stregth training, and flexibility. Pilates, yoga, and some cardio exercise is great. Rember you can find yoga&pilates exercises on google or go to your gym :) hoped this helped.
When I feel like I need an extra tone up, I do these simple exersices(the ones in the video). I do them in the morning and at night. With some simple yoga poses. Really helps feeling clam, and relaxes you. :)
Yay! I just checked out this video to see what Pilates actually is, theres 3 classes a week at my gym, i didnt want to go in only to find out it wasn't for. It buuuurnnns but I feel so proud everytime I accomplish it. Sooo going to pilates at the gym now. Thanks for posting this.

to correct the dumb ass pilates was created to rehabilitate the vets of ww1. and to point out it is a great form of excersising...so everyone can do it...nothing says that excersises are ment souly for one type of person. jack ass
