you should press your chest while doing this exercises for better muscle growth.

im 14 years old n i can do around 16kg in one hand thats 32kg , thats 70lbs

I am definitely sceptical. They don't look like 30kg dumbells and now you are admitting that they are at least 27kg. So what is the actual weight? I wonder...
