@princejeff37 Russian don't make as good technology they are all about numbers and speed. Even if you have a better aircraft that can take on a Russian aircraft in a dogfight you won't do as good if your squadron is out numbered 5:1.

@fmoa You are talking as if no one else in the world does not have BVR. LOL... you are ignorant. All 4th generation and higher jets in Russia, India and China have BVR missile tech on them. Russian air-to-air missiles have longer range than that of the American counter-part tech. DO some research on it. There is a US Air Force video on it.

4. The Indian pilots at the Red Flag complained of only one issue about the avionics. That was the incompatibility with the American AWACS. That left them out of the network and blind in the joint exercises. They had to manually confirm each plane if it were a friend or foe.
5. It's just that Indo-Russian avionics are not compatible with American systems. It is like trying to use Apple software on a PC. You'll need a port for it. Now India developed that port and bought American AWACS.

1. India uses its own avionics systems. Whoever told you we use Russian or Israeli is an idiot.
2. The Su-30MKI is produced in India by Indian Industry. The plane's blue print was transfered to India as part of the deal and India adds and upgrades the Su-30 with its own avionics and weapons systems and calls it the Su-30MKI
3. T-50 will have the Indo-Russian avionic system. Not Russian alone. India (DRDO) is recognized to be advanced in avionics, comparable to US & Israel.

Eimsori's comments are totally ubsurd!!! Russia has no fighter jet or helicopter than can match the F-22 or the Apache helicopter!!!! Russia wanted to do mock dogfights with their SU-47 and the american F-22. They wanted to try to steal technology!! That was what that was about!!!

The only thing that can take out an F-35 is an F-22. Because all in all the F-22 is the besti nthe air, that why theres only 183 of them. All you need is 3.
