I really like your teaching style and impeccable form. Do you have a DVD of the Astanga primary series? and how about a "short" forms DVD?

wow...great...how can I do it ? What's the trick ? seems my arms are weak and my hips/bottoms are too heavy .... I can't lift it up...

@maximizethailand If it's just that you can't lift up keep trying! Strength will come. I couldn't lift up right away--that took years of practice ;-)
