My EDC as of 2 Nov 2011
Kimber Ultra CDP w/ Crimson Trace Laser grips currently carried in Don Hume Leather pancake. I also have a galco jackass and a Crossbreed Supertuck Deluxe, different rigs for different situations. Letherman Wave, support side, Spyderco Endura 4 Full Flat ground with ziptie mod, strong side, 2 Kimber ProMag 7rnd mags with 230gr GDHP, strong side horizontal, Fenix LD20, support side, pen and keys. This is just whats on my person day to day. Its what works for me, mileage may vary. I will be happy to answer any question about what I carry/why I carry it. I dont want to hear any that's stupid, or you're an idiot or anything like that. THIS IS WHAT WORKS FOR ME. Period. Gear reviews to come.

Music Property of Hellcat Records and Dropkick Murphys

  • @TheDeadhead71 I can only speak to the 1911 grips, same width except the laser emitter itself, it sticks out just a bit further, roughly the same distance as the ambi safety. If you are carrying a 1911 with an ambi safety, you will need to either buy a bobbed right side lever or shorten it yourself which is what i did.

  • are the laser grips the same width as standard grips or are they thin? I was thinking about getting some thin grips
