@comedyguru Giggle Cream is a mixture of whipped cream and nitrous oxide, a.k.a laughing gas. You can easily buy whipped at any grocery store, so you just have to find a way to get a hold of some nitrous oxide. Then you can make your own Giggle Cream, but be careful. You don't want to be the 24th person to die from it.
