The Tea Party and Occupy Wall Street sit at opposite ends of the political spectrum, but both movements are feeding off the same popular emotions -- frustration over the economic crisis, and a profound antipathy for Washington politics. Just as the Tea Party made its mark on the 2010 midterm elections, now both could become tools for grass-roots mobilization.Duration: 01:47

  • Tea party = partly crazy right wing idiots

Occupy = partly socialists and radical leftists

So they both ended up sucking.

  • LOL @ the blonde idiot check with the STOP Capitalism sign.. What she is seeing sure as hell isn't capitalism. It's cronyism.

  • @Sydwayman OWS was started by a liberal foundation based out of Canada. The Dems are embracing OWS, you have a cycle & hammer on your site. I think the questions I asked that you are unwilling to answer were fair. The Dems in office today are socialists. Maxine Waters was even advocating the confiscation of the US oil industry at 1 point. Socialist policy is what created this turmoil not Capitalism! If you advocate Clinton & all those involved should be punished u have my support!

  • @joe035 OWS goes beyond party lines, many are critical of the Democrats. I am not a Democrat, and I disagree with a lot of their shit. So, if you're going to ask me a question, stay relevant to the topic, and don't act like you know what I believe, or am willing to defend.

  • @Sydwayman That is great!! They should go all the way back to when Bill Clinton & a Bi-partisan Congress repealed glass steagull opening the doors for all these drive by mortgages. Why would our govt advocate people who dont pay their bills, dont have a job, or proof of income should be approved for a loan at taxpayers expense they knew they were incapable of paying for?? Why did Frank & Maxine Waters block a subcomittee investigation that would have revealed this ripoff years ago??

  • @joe035 Also, the OWS crowd are protesting governmental corruption, and corporate involvement in legislation.

  • @joe035 I wouldn't say that's the reason you guys are idiots. I would attribute your idiocy to genes, lack of education, and Fox news. Even if OWS was started by socialists, it is a grassroots movement. Socialism is by the people, for the people, and the occupy protesters care as much, or more about the American people then you, or your buddies over at Koch Ind.

  • @yami700thumper OWS was created to put the blame soley on WallStreet & distract the deserved attention those in govt had played. Obama approved the Bush bailouts & it was Bill Clinton & a BIPARTISAN Congress that repealed Glass Steagull!

  • @Sydwayman Oh so people like myself who dont believe banks or business should be bailed out with tax dollars are idiots? The only group the Koch brothers support & fund that I can reference is a group called Americans for Prosperity!

The Tea Party was a grassroots movement made up by INDIVIDUALS like myself that dont believe in corporate socialism or a govt not existing within a budget!! OWS was created by a socialist foundation out of Canada directing the blame solely on WallStreet

  • @joe035 divide and conquer
