Thanks Matt ... great video and great advice. Reminded me of another great American, R Buckminster Fuller who was amazing human being, awarded the Freedom Medal by Pres Reagan in 1983. Fuller said "The only reason I know so much is because I've made more mistakes than anyone else." :)
