To friendlyboy, AW uses real Afghani instruments that for you may seem unreal. Are you going to pay for the couple of musicians, he should hire? Why unrealistic expectations from him. If singers like Farhd Darya use multiple musicians, they have the monery. FD is paid $5000.00 weekly to help Karzai out on the elections. AW, on the other hand, has a class and would never scarifice his reputation for money just to hire more musicians to please audience who're unable to differenciate good from bad.

Anyone knows when this DVD is coming out? One song is better the other one. Cannot wait to get the DVD.

@poloman1964 That song is neither composed by Nainawaz or Nashenas. It was composed by Ustad Brishna with a dari song " na kufur o na iman meparastom". Pashto lyrics were added by Nainawaz to that composition.

Shereen Omr Che Terege Dregha Dregh, Is Composed by Dr, Sadiq Fetrat Nashenas NOT Nainawaz. Nashenas is way high educated then Nainawaz..

Don't buy stick with whatever you like and do not bother to listen to something not to your taste or difficult to understand. You need to have a strong taste for melody and light classical music including ghazal style singing to like singers such as Ahmad Wali, Mehdi Hassan, Hariharan, Najim, Sultan Ahmad etc. Please do not respond.
