Have people forgotten who recommended her? Obama! He said that in the top 5% of cases when the law is not explicitly clear, a judge must rely on what's "in their heart" EXCUSE ME?! So rather than read what's WRITTEN in black and white in the law books, we just, all of a sudden, let judges go with their gut? That's not law and order, that's the foundation of dictatorship!
