The funny part is unsaid.
Before the commercial starts, the guy tells Yuri's dad that he is 30 or something. That's why the shocked expression on his face at the beginning of the commercial.
It's not because he's white. That's part of it but then the guy's said something inappropriate (his age) that's why after a break his father asks "how... old???"
Yuri is supposed to be young... like 20 or something in this commercial. can't believe 30k ppl saw this and no one commented correctly on this.

Here's how I interpret the CF:
The daughter (Yuri) brought home her boyfriend to her parents for the first time, and the atmosphere is kind of tense (which they show from the sound of the boiling tea pot). But then the hot chocolate ~warmed up~ the atmosphere. I think its a pretty funny CF, actually.
