This is the kind of nonsense that gives real no-touch techniques a bad name. This is just group think - wanting to believe what isn't and acting in way expected to fit in, etc. Real no touch techniques are capturing the mind in the moment and using the momentum and energy already there AND they come from real contact technique because they don't work 100% and especially don't work if you try to make them happen, it just happens, you assess there was no touch afterward not before.

here is the thing with no touch, you need students with a tai chi connection already, to be affected, he cannot control your "chi" if you dont have any in the first place. so no, you cannot go up to a stranger and use the "force" on him.
