thats not true at all, its like saying only a 60" hd tv can display true 1080p. my 20" monitor can display 1080p. and my 16 inch laptop can display 1080p.

@matnojje Nowadays, yes. But back in my generation (20-40 years ago) alot of us were using interlaced monitors as they would absorb less energy.
